Competition Preparation
Setting Competition Rules
Defining rules for each category individually, including: number of vaults, final score calculation for vault, tie-break (for all-around and individual competitions), required number of completed apparatus for inclusion in allaround results, merging multiple categories and disciplines into one team, setting the min and max number of competitors per team, enabling the D-score calculator according to FIG rules for senior and junior categories.
Creating the competition
Setting up the basic competition details: competition name and date, organizer, disciplines and categories competing, as well as competition types (individual apparatus, individual all-around, and team all-around).
Setting the Subdivisions and rotations
Configuring the subdivisions and rotations for each discipline individually. Selecting the apparatus in the order in which competitors will approach them and choosing the categories that will compete in each subdivision.
Competitor Registration
Competitors can be registered by uploading an Excel file or manually entering their details into the application. Delegation can gain access to the application, allowing them to register their competitors for the competition.
Generating the Starting List
Automated generating the starting list for FIG WC and WCC competition.
Generating the starting list for competitions with all-arounds and per-apparatus by grouping competitors, selecting their starting apparatus, and assigning the order of their performances.
Judge Registration
Registering judges for the competition, creating judging panels, and setting up judge passwords. There is the option to assign all judges from one panel to use a single device at the competition, or to assign individual devices to each judge.
Managing and Judging the Competition
Simple Competition Management
Each subdivision must be started and stopped to allow judges to log in and judge the specific rotation accurately.
Result Modification Enabled
Result modifications can be made by the calculation committee or the judges themselves, whenever permitted.
Simple Judging Interface
The judging interface is user-friendly, regardless of the judge's level of computer literacy. There is no need for additional paperwork with group and athlete order, as everything is automatically displayed according to the setup made during competition preparation.
Different Views by Role
A special display is available for delegates, head judges, or the media, showcasing live results.
